The thundering organic bottom end of Horse Latitudes occult approach to metal puts a welcome spin on the orthodox proto-doom of yesteryear, reinvigorating the stoner sludge swamp with new atmospheres and textures. The occult fascinations, obombrous reverb and hypnotic swelling of instruments created by their two bass, vocalist on drums approach to song writing is sure to have something to do with the melancholy doom available here. Vocals summoned straight from the doom-archives, heavy nods to the baritone guitar tone of Ride For Revenge and occult preoccupations of Urfaust; Horse Latitudes are set to unleash their astral revelations through Aurora Borealis at the end of this month. Gathering will see the light of day, a monument of enlightenment too great for the eye’s of man.
Highly Recommended. Listen to some tracks from the forthcoming release here. Expect both CD and LP through Aurora Borealis and a full review from us here at LURKER.

Google says that you coined the word "obombrous". I think it's really cool! It's very descriptive.

Decent band, and the subject of my first ever post on LURKER!
